Leaside is located in midtown Toronto, and perhaps also one of the most popular and sought-after neighbourhoods in the city. You can find many shops and restaurants located on Bayview Avenue, the community has also a few plaza’s where the locals can get their shopping done.
The types of home you’ll find in Leaside are mainly 2-storey detached, semi-detached homes and bungalows built in the 1930/40s. What you’ll see now is that many of the bungalows have been renovated, have had second storey additions, or have been completely replaced by custom homes. In addition, in the 1990s, condominiums and townhouses were built to suit the demand of the consumer- which are now considered some of the nicest buildings located in Toronto.
