The hype of this project has caught everyone’s eye. Why? Because it is a master-planned community situated at Dufferin and Dupont, a developing area that has lots of potential. The hype was definitely proven over the next few days because the first building sold out within a week.

The Saint Condos

This pre-construction opportunity is located at Church and Adelaide, which means you are steps away from Eaton Centre, supermarkets, cafés, TTC, parks, and so much more. The Saint aspires to blend together style and the wellness experience.

Although further details on the project has not been released yet, you can expect high quality finishes and lifestyle amenities.

Linx Condos

If you don’t desire to live in the heart of downtown, Linx may be a great option for you! Located at Danforth and Main Streets, you are steps away from the excellent Danforth shopping and dining experience, parks, and it will be connected to the subway, streetcar and GO train!

Expect spacious suites and occupancy in 2023, starting at mid $400s.
